BGNinja is a free tool that removes backgrounds and unwanted objects from images. It is private by design: we don't want your images, and we don't keep them. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data.

Your images

• Images you upload are used only to produce the cutout you asked for.
• Processing happens on the fly; your image is not stored on our servers and no copy is kept after the response is returned.
• Editing you do afterwards (erasing, restoring, placing a background) happens in your browser and never leaves your device.
• We do not keep, back up, sell, share, or use your images to train any model.
• No account is required, so your images are never tied to an identity.

Information we collect

We keep the service deliberately minimal. We do not ask for your name, email, or an account. Our servers may process basic technical data needed to run any website (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and keep the tool available. This is not used to identify you personally.

If you use the contact form, we do store what you send us: your message, and any name or email you choose to include, so we can read it and reply. That's the only thing tied to you that we keep, and only if you send it to us yourself.

Cookies and advertising

BGNinja is kept free through advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Because we don't hold accounts and never store your images, there is normally nothing stored about you to retrieve. Children

BGNinja is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
