Full resolution. No watermark. Actually free. Most background removers hand you a 625×400 preview and charge for the real file. This one doesn't.

Found a bug? A photo that cuts out badly? An idea, a question, or something in an ad that shouldn't be there? Write it below: a real person reads every message. Leave an email if you'd like a reply; it's optional.

About BGNinja

BGNinja is a free AI tool that removes or replaces backgrounds from photos in seconds — no account required, no watermark, no file stored after processing. BGNinja is part of the ShinobiTools suite of free AI-powered browser tools.

What to include in your message

Bug report: describe what you uploaded (photo type, rough file size), what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the result or a browser console error helps us track it down faster. If a cutout came back wrong, telling us whether the background was busy (hair, fur, a cluttered room) versus plain (a wall, a studio backdrop) narrows it down fast — those two cases fail for different reasons.

Feature suggestion: describe the use case — what you were trying to do and why BGNinja didn't cover it. We read every suggestion.

Question: check the FAQ on the home page first — most common questions are answered there.

Privacy or billing question: what happens to an uploaded photo is covered in the privacy policy, and pricing, cancelling or refunding the optional pass is covered in the refund policy — including the statutory withdrawal period for a digital purchase. Both answer most of what people write in to ask; if yours isn't covered there, send it anyway.

Response time

We aim to reply within 1–3 business days when an email address is provided. Messages without an email are read but cannot be answered individually.

A specific bug report gets fixed faster than a general one. "It doesn't work" tells us nothing we can act on; "uploaded a phone photo of a dog outdoors, the cut left a grey fringe around the fur" gives us something to reproduce. If you can attach the exact file that failed (or a close substitute — nothing sensitive), that's the single most useful thing you can send.

Prefer to read first? The about page explains what BGNinja is, and the privacy policy covers what happens to your photos (spoiler: they're deleted immediately).
